im putting a 6" lift on my 2013 ram. going to put on adjustable bilstein shocks. on the front. are people putting them on the back too?

The adjustable ones are struts, not shocks. They only work on the front

correct.





you can put bilstein 5100s on the back, but those will be shocks and not adjustable.


What he said ^. To add on, you can put the shocks on the back, but they are only recommended for 1" or less of rear lift, so they will not fit if he puts them on with a 6" lift

ahh roger that.

they do make ~4" extended rear bilstein 5100s for our trucks that will work with your 6" suspension, but theres no need to switch to bilstein unless you want a better ride, they will not provide any extra lift.
