installed bilsteins up front today. Set them @ 2.8" and the truck sits pretty much level at all 4 corners. I am putting on heavy duty springs and a 1.5" spacer on the back tomorrow. I ordered 1.25" bora spacers and they are being manufactured this week. Once they arrive i'll have some 35" m\t's mounted on the stock rims.

The stock shocks were a pain to remove from the coils with a regular spring compressor and without an impact wrench. I went to my local body shop and they let me use the wall mounted spring compressor and an impact wrench at no charge. Took all of 5 minutes to do with better tools.

Here's a pic of how it sits now.

Beautiful man... looks like my truck...but urs is a crew cab... it looks great with it almost level. I hated the rake I had on mine. So I got the same bilstein set the exact same height as yours.

I got to put a few miles on the truck last night. No wobbles, squeaks or shudders in either 2wd or 4wd. Brake dive seems to be greatly reduced.

Good lookin' truck! Can't wait to see it with new rubber!

I like those steps. I wish they made them for Crew Cab 6.5' Beds.

And in black. Would love the full length.

Rear is done. Really like how the truck sits. Took a little more than an hour.

I like how it sits too. Kind of cool how it sticks to the ceiling. :laughing1:

Just got an email letting me know that the spacers should be anodized and shipped today. I hope 1.25" is enough to accommodate 35's with stock rims.

Should be good. Everything that I have read says you just need 1/4".

Looks great! Too bad you don't live in Maine. You could've done mine too :)
