Black express wheel paint code

So I have a black express wheel with some scratches/damage. Is there a way to get spray paint mixed to match?

Or am I going to have to have all 4 stripped and painted so they match? Or blasted/coated?

I'm not sure, but if you have the wheels on my Express, maybe you should look at going with black skins (go for all the black look) if you like it. I'm thinking of doing it myself. It looks like the 17" skins are about $60 plus you can get the factory center caps for under $35. Just an idea. Good luck.
