Hey Teach how is the beach treating you?

Loving it so far. We got in late this am, got unpacked and hit the beach for a little while. The beaches here are always so empty, the exact opposite of what I am used to at the NJ beaches.

Me too. In Jersey you basically have to elbow people off your stuff when you go to the beach. But here there is not usually another person on the beach within 100 yards in either direction.
