Black Window Belt line trim

A couple years ago I put on the chrome window sill overlays on my Laramie. I don't like them anymore and want to change it to black. My chrome is in good shape and will try to sell it afterwards.

Has anyone bought this kit? Is it rubber like stock or?

I purchased this kit to replace the worn faded originals on my truck. Yes, they are factory Mopar OEM replacments. Rubber and black.
