Blend door

Is there a way i can tell if the blend door is broke without taking out the whole dash?
I can see the acuator motor turning the door but im wondering if its broke inside cause i have very little heat in the cab

Dang, I woudl think someone woudl know this... I am looking for tips on blend door diagnostics as well. I have learned that you can trigger "Calibration mode" if you press and hold the HVAC recirc button for 10 seconds, then release, then immediately press and hold again until the recirc light starts flashing. I can hear the doors moving and the recirc light will flash until it's done. It doesn't help my issue...

I've tryed doing that I can't get the recirc to flash tho..maybe I'm doing it wrong
