So the blower motor on my 09 Ram 1500 won’t run full speed till a few minutes after it’s been on. A small amount of cold air is running at the beginning but at low speeds no matter what you set the controls on. It will start to run normal after about 10 minutes. I’ve tried changing out the resistor, the 40 amp fuse, and now the actual blower motor. Still continues to do the same. Any ideas ?

I have the same issue as you. Same year and model truck. Been like that for months now and the only thing that "fixes" it for me is I remote start the truck and it blows out normal and at full blast no problem, even after I put the key in and go. I don't understand why it works that way but give it a try if you have remote start.
