Blowing fuse #77 on 16 ram 1500

I recently ran into a problem with my 4WD, i tried changing from 2WD to 4WD. But it blinked and never engaged, I tried disconnecting the battery changing fuse but it keeps shorting out, I thought it was the transfer case motor it self so I swapped it out but it was not because it’s still shorting out the fuse. I’m going to try disconnecting my 4x4 actuator and see if it shorts the fuse.

Anyone have suggestions or anyone have this problem before and fixed it ?
