I don't need the adjustability of the 5100s. Are the 4600s just as good?
I think the 4600s are the same as the 5100s, just not height adjustable.

From everything I read the 5100s and the 4600s are exactly the same aside from the adjustability, finish and shock boot.
Bilstein can be set to stock height...but keep in mind...if you wanna go with bigger tires, they are adjustable (you would have to take them out to do it).
Ride is stiffer, but not much stiffer. It feels more like a truck. Prior to my install, my truck felt like it was floating...like a mini van.

Nahh...just doing a comparison. I changed my oem shocks to bilstein shocks at 14k miles....I'm up to 26k miles and I love my handling around corners.You're saying your stock ride was better than with bilsteins? That's odd.
