Good afternoon. I have a 2020 Ram with the 12" Screen. I have had no audio issues in the time I have owned the truck until this afternoon. When driving home, the sound, usually clear as a bell, began to sound staticky. I listen exclusively to my Bluetooth connection. I tried several apps (Spotify, Pandora, Audible) and they all are affected. I tried rebooting the phone, and even added my wife's phone and tried it and it's the same. I read online to try to perform a soft reboot of the Uconnect app (push tuning and volume button simultaneously for 20 seconds, hold finger on touch screen in the upper right corner for 20 seconds etc.) and could not get the system to reboot. Can anyone help explain why my sound, clear until now, suddenly degraded, and tell me if there is a different reboot procedure I need to try.
