I have owned this truck since May 2025 with no issues. About 2 months ago, the UConnect 4 screen started glitching and went completely black. When this happens, there is no a/c, fans, controls on screen and only the front windows will not work. The back ones do work. When it does come back, either on its own or by turning truck off, the temp is always set to 76 deg on both sides. It only did this about 3-4 times and then was ok again. About 2 weeks ago, it started doing it again, but not its constant. Will shutdown in about 20-30 seconds after cranking. The engine seems to be working ok when this happens. I tried resetting the cables on the back of the screen and module, but no help. So, I thought upgrading to Uconnect 5 with new modules would fix. I installed the new Uconnect 5 today and at first, it worked, but then in about 5 minutes, it started doing the same thing as the other one. I am at my wits end here. Paid for this expensive upgrade and now it still does not work. I am trying the remove neg from battery trick now, but I am not optimistic.
