Bluetooth disconnecting mid call

Hey guys,
need some help here. My 2014 ram with the 8.4AN has started dropping the connection mid calls, but not hanging up the call. Dealer couldn't replicate and it happens for me about every 3rd call. Any thoughts? I noticed it once I started playing music through my phone, not sure if that is related.

I only meet that problem when my phone is out of range. Restart the BT in settings to see if it works?

See if you can test this with a different phone. More often than not, I see Bluetooth issues like this stemming from the phone.

I didn't have this issue with my last truck, but this new one started it once I started streaming music. I reset the Bluetooth and haven't had it happen yet. time will tell.. thanks guys
