I'm planning on putting a 3" body lift on top of my 6" fabtech suspension lift and was hoping to get my corsa db exhaust back on there as well. Does anyone know how much trouble/money it's going to be to modify the pipes so they come out at the designated cut outs that come on the 4th gens? (planning on sending it into a shop so I don't mess it up)

Don't have an answer but interested in what others say though. Wouldn't think it would be too much work to turn the pipes up to correct exit position.

I wouldn't think it would be too much. It's just making two offsets

How much difference is there with a 1.25 BL on the exhaust tips?

I have my body lift ordered for my truck. I stopped by the local exhaust shop and they quoted me to raise my exhaust and to install a flowmaster muffler @ $225. Not sure how much the muffller is but I would guess you could knock off $150 for the muffler and install. So I would say it would be around $100. Hope this helps. Do you plan on installing your lift yourself?

JJ(0212353) Just did his truck with the 1.25" RCX body lift, and he has the 5" Magnaflow tips and for me I'd be adjusting it up. I think he wanted to do it also.

I adjusted mine at the tips. Looks dorky as ****, I'll get pics in the morning. :D

For a 3", it will probably need a lot more adjustment, more than you can get from the ball connection for the tips.

johnnyjaws - yeah, the exhaust is on the frame........but when you do a body lift the exhaust stays stationary and the body goes up, creating a gap.

If ya want, you can always lengthen a downpipe to make up some length.

JJ, how was the 1.25 BL install. The more I read about it, thinking about ordering it now.

yes, the tips are dirty..........lol, whoops.

But, I think I need to pull 'em down a hair. They are really tucked up to the bumper, from the side you can see them running up. LOL

Weird, I didn't think about adjusting the tips like that. The angle of the tips doesn't look bad, and they are close to the bumper.

With a 3" BL you'll have to have the pipes relocated, or it'll look really tacky.

Well 4wheelparts will be doing the lift for me, and I don't have a cutting torch or welder so I will have to go to a local exhaust shop and have them relocate the tips
