Bolt size? Tow hook mount?

Looking for the bolt size for these here thingy's. Having a plate fab'ed up that my compressor and reservoir will mount on. I went back and forth in the hardware store several times and couldn't figure it out. Info greatly appreciated.

Is it the square mounts that point down? I believe m12x1.5.

Yes! Could very well be. I think I stopped around m12x1.25. Thanks! I'll give it a go
