Bouncy Ride

Hello,
I currently have a 2017 Ram 1500 RWD single cab sitting on a 2/4 drop and i have been experiencing issues with the ride quality. For some reason on the the highway/freeway the front end seems to bounce up and down like crazy when driving 60mph+ on bumps that shouldn't cause such thing.

I do understand the geometry of the truck changed when this drop kit was installed but i want to know if there is any way to fix this issue. I've been doing my own research online found out that i may need read shock extenders since the rear shocks may not be able to fully extend?

How long ago did you do the drop? Did problem start immediately after install, soon after, how long after? You should inspect all parts and connection points for breaks, fractures, or bends. Could be a spring, shock, alignment. Many possibilities, your unique set up requires a fully picture-documented follow up that might show areas of concern. Hopefully someone will chime in with more experience on this issue.

Every time I had excessive bounce on my lowered truck it was due to shock/strut failure

I agree, afte spending about 950 over the years with kyb monomax, belltrch nitro, doetsch tech, kyb excel g, and belltech street pro, I finally spent $900 bucks on qa1 single adjustable for my truck. Got em set at 12 on all corners.
Granted I didn't have the cash over those years to drop 900 at once on shocks, once I was in a good financial place, no regrets

It started right after the install, and i was able to tell the difference since i was on a spindle lift before. I just thought it was cheap shocks and that's how lowered trucks were but ive been driving on trucks of my friends w a cheaper drop kit and it rides better than mine.

I started with that kit, the belltech springs only, my truck would shake over 55. The rear wheels are pushed forward and likely to one side. I needed an adjustable panhard bar, and relocation brackets for the rear control arms, and about 3/8 inch off the front tie rods to get it aligned right. I also added core 4x4 rear control arms uppers and lowers. Don't waste money on spohn, had their panhard it was rubbish.
