Box size and caps

Looking to buy a used cap for my 2014 1500 quad cab. It has the 6'4 box . Would a cap from a 2005 2500 with the same size box fit? Did the box size change at all?

The cap I use for deer hunting on my 2004 also fits my 2014. I had to modify the hatch on the back to clear the tail gate.
