Bug Shield Question

My 98 Truck had a bug shield on the hood when I bought it. There are 4 rubber stops that go behind it, I guess to keep it from bouncing off hood while driving with the wind. I need to find a very thin 2 sided tape because 3 of them were just pinched behind the shield and not sticking anymore.Any suggestions on were to be a very thin 2 sided tape that will work.

Just about any hardware store or auto parts store should have it. Walmart. If you can't find a roll of it snag some of those stick on plastic wall hangers and take the tape from them
