Hey I'm Adding A Black Bull Bar To The Front Of My Truck & I Would Like To Put 2 6" Off Road Lights On The Bar. Does Anybody Know Of An Off Road Lights That Comes With An HID Look. I have 6000k HID's In My Truck & I Would Like The Off Road Lights To Match As Closely In Color As Possible To My Current Lighting.

Never had Hella's but I can say that PIAA's are just the bees knees when it comes to shedding light on a dark night. Even small PIAA's light up the place as good as about ten regular head lights. I call them fog killers, the yellow ones cut through fog but are still brighter and have a wider light pattern then anything I've ever seen. Cost me 300 bones though.

Actually I just caught this thread where a lot of dudes had both, I don't think any of them preferred Hella's. I am going to get some too for my light bar, was hoping to save money but I guess it will be PIAA's again, the light is amazing. the best part is even though the light is great nobody ever flashed their high beams at me. It is great light but also non offensive.

Hey thanks for posting that bud!

I would describe the small yellow PIAA's comparable to the second picture in angle but not brightness. Those are obviously real bright, but I wonder if they are too bright for everyday road? The cool thing about both that option and the small PIAA's is the peripheral light, both are amazing. We live down country road and when you have a good light like that you don't have to worry about an animal jumping in front of your car and not seeing it as much as you do with regular lights and regular fogs.
