Only had a couple of months. It was installed in the truck and used only as a gauge. Never installed the tunes on the truck. Last image shows the tuner uninstalled from the truck. It was previously purchased from a guy on another forum who had it installed on his 2013. I did call Bully Dog and they removed the Vinh from the system at no charge so it can be installed on any vehicle. Works with ALL Rams 09+ with a HEMI. PAYPAL only!
