Just got my bullydog and went to do the update and I'm a bit confused. Why is there no option for the 11-12 hemi ram?
Do I just select 11-13 Dodge/chrysler 3.6L/5.7L?

I'm a little thrown by the reason for needing two 11-13 options on the screen, no ideas from me though, hopefully someone will chime in.

Ya, doesn't seem right. Has 03-05 Ram, 06-09 Hemi, 2010 Dodge and 2013 Ram. I would think there would be 11-12 Ram.

Was just reading through the 2013 thread and a few guys were saying they didn't have a 2013 option and were wondering if they should use the 2011-2012 Ram option. I have the 2013 but not the 2011-2012.

YA the bully Dog Update agent is a POS. Tried the update today and got down graded a version in firmware. Now I have to call BD again (One day if I get off early because they have worse than banking hours). Wish they would get their **** together.

I was wondering why the 2012 wasnt listen in there either, funny the 2013 guys see a 2012 option, prime example of the chaos with that POS program. App Tells me I need an update constantly and keeps loading the same out-dated version, you have to call BD to get the most current version rendering the program useless. I was stupid for trying it again, guess I had hope all the bugs were gone.

I asked BD why the app existed if I had to call to get the updates, was told the updater was only good for some updates, that was a lame made up answer for sure.

I had to call in and they took over my computer and loaded the files for me. They definitely should be available so I could of did this myself without having to wait on hold for 20mins to talk to a tech

I updated mine few weeks ago,Had no problems since. Waiting in the phone over 45min was irritating but other than that no issues.

I know the feeling. Spent 4hrs with a tech today trying various things, seems to work now. All this trouble with a product that is supposed to work with my truck out of the box but doesn't. They really need to get their **** together. I'll never buy anything Bullydog again!
