Bumper replacement

Has anyone ever put a sport bumper on a 2012 dodge ram 1500 that came stock with the 2 piece bumper?

What is a SPORT bumper? I am upgrading to a winch bumper on a 2010 which has the same front clip as the 12. I'm sure you are aware of the problem as anyone with the 1500. That weird thing Dode did with the corner of the fender and the head lights, there is a little triangle area that needs to be filled which is why most companies aren't making bumpers for the 1500. It is a lot of extra work for them compared to the 2500/3500's. Fab Fours is the one I am getting, can't comment past that because I haven't received it yet.

Anyhow, my bumper is exactly like the one above, it will be for sale soon as I put my bumper on.

a sport bumper is the one piece bumper, so if I can find a sport one piece bumper it will fit my truck with no problems?

So long as it is a Ram 1500 2009-2012, the 2500's and beyond don't fit. Bumper are simple get under your truck and look.

Well you need different clips for it though, it connects differently , you can't just take yours off and toss it on without any additional hardware

^exactly, the sport bumper has different hardware.

Is there a kit that i can order to put the sport bumper on or do i have to make it
