Looks like the Mopar has the same writing as the amp research.

If I could verify that the Mopar is different, I would spend the extra dollars.

I did notice the Mopar one does not list the 1500. Are the rear bumpers different than 2500?

That's what I am wondering...if the Mopar one was different or better then I have no problem spending the extra money. Some steps say 1500, 2550 & 3500 and some don't--the only thing I can see is the dual exhaust on the 1500 being different.

Chances are all 3 mentioned are the same manufacturer. Mopar doesn't manufacturemost of not all accessories. They just brand them.

Bestop step on the WHYTRAM. I use it often to get into bed mostly when gate is down.
Sucks getting older and less limber..lol

I have the amp and am very happy with it. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

I have the Ram bed step and it works great. It has been over two years since I installed it. The only thing that had to be done was to put some silicon adhesive on the step side covers to keep them from eventually falling off. Just the occasionally lubrication of the hinge points keep it working smoothly. Yes, it was a little expensive, but its worth it.

Would you be able to post a picture of it in the up/tucked position? How far down from the top of the bumper will it extend to the top of the foot pad?

Thanks a bunch.

Have had the Amp step over a year and love it. Was only around $215 shipped from Amazon back then. Looks like MOPAR redesigned the step part, but the rest is likely the same. LOVE it as it's for a work truck and I use it multiple times daily.
