I have 2006 Ram 4 X 4 2500 Sport. There is a toggle switch on the lower edge of the dashboard left of steering column. I have no idea what it's for. There is 2nd one further down, but it turns the light bar in the front bumper. The one mentioned above lights up when it's turn on; but I can't figure out what it turns on. Any ideas?

Maybe aftermarket alarm ? Or valet of some sort.

Aftermarket. Trace the wires if nothing obvious happens upon turning the switch on.

I had a truck once with a light bar and it had two switches. One turned the light bar on and off and the other toggled between "light bar on with brights" and "light bar off with brights".
