If I use the Bellteck 2/4 drop kit it comes with a.new bracket for the track bar . My question is if I buy an adjustable track bar to center the axle. ..do I still use the relocation bracket ?

Yes because the bracket will keep the panhard bar level. The panhard bar needs to be as level as possible for the ride quality. W/o the bracket the bar will be unlevel. The adjustable panhard bar helps to recenter the axle from side to side
