Cabin Air Filter

I just changed my cabin filter. Taking the glove box off was a PITA for sure. Nothing like the you tube videos showed. Old filter was ready to go. Glad I finally changed it.

This made me look it up in my manual, nothing like my Silverado. For that there was one screw holding the filter cover on right under the glove box. Changing it took like a minute.

Earlier this summer I noticed my A/C wasn't as cool as it should be and contacted the Service Writer at the dealership. He said it might be the cabin air filter. There was about 25K miles on it then and I had changed the filter at about 15K. I had several filters I had bought, so I changed it out. The old one didn't look too bad, but with the new one, what a difference. The SW was right.
