Uncle Sam hires...no pitty for you and your "modding" troubles..

Sir, read the damn thread it's already been mentioned headed that way may 6th if the job hunt keeps falling through. I don't want no pitty. I'm the last on that needs pitty. If anyone needs pitty it's laid off coal miners. I need direction I need options and help chosingn the right path for a career so that hopefully I'll never need your pitty. I woke up today drove 2hours one way field out paper work for another hour day through a 45min orientation waiting for a interview just to be a dead end and that's not the first time I done this. I don't regret it yea it stings a little but atleast I had it in me to try. It'll take more then your post to make me feel like a over privalaged spoilled brat. I asked for a little bit of help thinking it couldn't hurt lol Sorry for asking for leads on jobs instead next time I want make a thread that really was intended on the topic and advice of others on cai. I apologize if I hurt anyone in anyway, inconvenienced you, or wasted your time. Moderators it's perfectly fine with me if you delete this thread I didn't mean to cause no **** with anyone.

Was just saying..If you have a question about an intake post away..But why add the pitiful story ? Its a truck, not life. People bust their asses to own nice things. Some don't get nice things for many years. That is life. So saying that your truck is your "passion" makes me laugh.

Sorry to bother you your absolutely 100% right sir after all I am just a 18 year old boy. And btw in just about every post I've mentioned cai I highly value everyone's opinion because when I do the cai I want the right product for my needs/wants. I ain't looking to argue with anyone over the internet kinda childish if yoy ask me but however if you don't want argue over the internet try facebook or Twitter after all this is a thread over cai so why the bashing kinda seems like you have nothing else to do ;)

No need to get all emo lol. What did you expect. You post about how hard you have it because your nurse mom and teacher dad can't afford college. You then post about not being able to find work. Then you ask what expensive intake you should buy for your 2 year old expensive ass truck. Its a hard knock life Bro.

Hey cowboy. Have you looked into Wayne supply down in Corbin ky or World Wide Truck servicing in Middlesboro Ky. They are hiring almost all the time. I see new guys weekly when I am dropping one of our work trucks off to be worked on

I feel you bub but just because I'm struggling doesn't mean I dont want one in all honesty it helps me to strive for work. And my expensive truck? I came across my truck fair and square and once again very greatful and like most of urs it's also a tool to commute back and forth. But once again sorry to ask for advice.

If your trying to put in for a job with CSX. you need to buddy up with somebody in the management or supervisor positions. They can help you get a job quick.

I don't understand why you had to add the sad sob story then but a video of your brute force up with well over 2,000$ worth of mods on it, then explain what all you do for your parents and still expect us to feel bad for you and your job search. I'm 18 and yes I drive a 2013 ram, I race a side by side, but it's because I have a job. Finding a job isn't hard at all if you can pass a drug test and your willing to ******* work, stop being lazy and go apply for a dang job. I walked into my discount tire store without much experience and was hired on spot. Stop holding out for your ideal job and take what you can get and prove your self.

Its not my brute its my dads. Willing to work really? Discount tire? Closet one 115miles away. Pass a drug test? been doing that since the 8th grade. Being lazy? Man you know me oh so well ***** thanks buddy I appreciate it. I do belive its time to let this thread die. I really wasn't looking for no sob story or pitty. I would just like to entertain your idea though buddy. Get a job idk 70 miles away. Probably a small comp. decent pay for what the entry level job is lets say 7.25 to idk 10$ Obviously you cant be picky with just a diploma. Now how in the hell dose a person relocate for that. I have a job im just awaiting start date. I was just seeking other opportunities and seeing what else was out there. But thanks again buddy :upyours:

Why doesn't everyone just relax and chill out. This guy, though probably not perfect, is just like most 18 years old. Have some patience and compassion for every one that posts their problems on here whether or not you agree with his/her methods. Just stop spending time and energy bashing him and either try and educate the young man or leave him alone. I agree that hard work and doing whatever you can for work is def the way to go, and that his truck is awfully new to be considered a POS poor boy truck, and that his parents are not THAT bad off bc they are a nurse and a teacher. BUT, just leave the kid alone. I think he has learned his lesson on this by now. God knows I have learned mine in my 46 years. Haven't you all? We all make mistakes. And a repetitive ass chewing doesn't help. Never helped me. One is usually good enough. Cowboy, just drop it and stop responding to every post and it will stop. Keep trying and you will figure out what you want to do. Please, move on to something else worth arguing about. Let's talk about catch cans again...........

My parents are not bad off at all. I don't have a poor boy truck matter a fact pretty much stole the truck couldn't ask for a better deal. I could drive that truck everyday of my life off someone elses dollar. BUT THATS NOT ME that's not how I was raised. My point with starting this thread was hey im in the market for a cai, but I do not have regular income at this time but will in early spring but id like for that to be sooner. Im 18, I have no bills as far rent, kids, property taxes and such. However, if anyone has a damn lead or info or interview tips id greatly appreciate it. Im not into having a ****** match with someone who wanting to bash me. Most people are right why buy a intake when you can buy gas. well the intake will pay for itself in a year to 16 months. I don't run around 24/7 ive put 8,000 miles on my truck this year and for 6 months out of this year I drove to school 30miles (there and back home) 5 days a week. Sorry for causing this mess like I said before its more then welcome to be deleted or forgotten. I dout I post much in here anymore so bashers bash away. For everyone that helped its very much appreciated and I'm very thankful for it.
