Customer had issues, Matt stepped up like any proper business owner should/would. We would do the EXACT same thing.

I did like the gesture. So it was worth the step back and looking at it at a customers point of view and making sure he was credited for it

Matt is sending me a new stat, as mine seems to be not working correctly. It will run 185 to 190 then from 197 to 203 the next time. Thanks Matt for working with me on this.
