Tried the heat gun...it helped pulling it and expanding it...but doesn't help with any excess on the bends.

what part of your trim piece is it on...the round inner or outer corners?

The toughest part is if ur looking at the center dash..the top half where the round corners are. Everything else was pretty easy.

thats the last piece i have to do. if it does not work for me i will end up painting it black. i dont want to see any wrinkles or folds on mine.

I just worry if over time the carbon fiber design begin to fade. Other than that, it looks good.

thanks but for 20$ its a cheap and easy fix...lol

Its inside the cab so its less exposed to the elements so it will prettty much last for more then 5 years unless he keeps spilling coffee on it theres not too much to worry. Looks great man. I did the same to my 12 express now im waiting to see if theres deep cherry red to match my 13.

Don't worry about if u mess it up... its cheap and it makes a difference when u take ur time. Besides...its just paper...so u can take it off if u mess it up, if it wears down, or if u want to change colors.
