I bought a in dash DVD player and when I installed it the radio works fine but when I put a cd in there's no sound from the cd so I thought it may have been just a pos player and bought a normal after market cd player and still have the same issue. Note the stock cd player wouldn't play at all. Anyone know why this may be? I need my country cds to work!!!
right there with ya I have a clarion head unit from 1999. Going to get it swapped soon I hope. Different CD formats will affect it to most new players have mp3 instead of audio or DVD formats like the older ones.
