I currently have a '99 ram 1500. It has a center piece in the ceiling. It has the lights and a display that tells temp, mpg, and dte. I just upgrade to an '01 1500 with half the milage. It has the center piece but no electronics in it. Just a plastic cap where the display would be.
My question is could I swap them? I'm assuming theres probably no harness in the new truck to hook it up. I figured I'd ask how dumb I was before I started pulling stuff apart. Thanks for the help guys.
