Center channel mounting

I'm trying to add a center channel to the stock location (I have a 2018 express - didn't come with a factory center but the hole is there). There are little squares where push nuts go in to screw the speaker down. Does anyone know what the part number for these nuts are or does anyone have a pair they will sell? For the life of me I cannot find these things anywhere!

Understood. My dsp does have center capability and I am pretty set on running a center. I just can't find those square push pins anywhere! The mopar oem site shows them in diagrams, but doesn't list them! Any ideas?
