center drawer

Does the little drawer in the center of the dash under the radio come completely out and if so How would I go about doing this?

Oxy-acetylene torch and a sledge hammer.



And a pry bar.







Just kidding... I'm sure there is a catch or a latch to it somewhere, I haven't taken mine off yet.
