Hey Everyone,
I got a check engine light and my truck went into limp mode. Took it to Autozone to get scanned and they said it was the Transmission Control Solenoid. I replaced it and reset the code by disconnecting the negative cable for more than 30 minutes. The check engine light went away and it was shifting fine the first time I turned it on and drove it around. When i turned it on again the check engine light came back on and it went back into limp mode. If anyone has any ideas on what else it could be, I will take any help. It is a 1998 1500 with a 5.9 and 46RE transmission. Thank Y'all in advance!
