Check Engine Light When.....

2014 Ram 4wd 5.7 last 4 times when running in 4wd no issues what so ever. After disengaging the 4wd back to 2wd the next time the truck is started or driven the Check engine light soon comes on for about 20 miles or after a couple motor start ups and goes out not returning again unless 4wd is activated again.When engaged or not the truck runs with no issues what so ever. Any one have this issue or know what it is?

Some auto parts stores will read the codes at n/c.

Advance auto will read you're codes for you, we do it everyday. I'd want to know as much as I could before taking it anywhere to get it fixed. You don't need to tell them what the codes are, just keep in the back of you're mind so they dont try to screw you over.
