Check Engine Light Yesterday

Soooo I got a CEL yesterday. called to get an appointment at the stealership but scanned it myself and the fault code is Fuel Pressure Regulator short to ground.

Questions:

1. has anyone experienced this?
2. I noticed my ECO isnt working is that realted?
3. Is it safe to be driving with this problem my appontment isnt until next tuesday.

Update... Took it to the dealer said it was nothing??? lol they said they cleared the code and did an ECU update and it went away. I know for a fact the code would not clear since I have a good scanner of my own. but ohh well its gone and everything works except the tech made my truck smell like gas.

Yeah... everything seems fine... just fishy that a CEL came up and then a random update fixed it...

Its a slightly common affair with these trucks, Out of a lot of 40 2013 ram's I've seen probably 6 with this code brand new less then 1000 miles. Some you can clear out an they stay gone, others you need to replace the part. its a 10 minute job but the part is like 100 bucks or something.

hah well they cleared it and it came back on yesterday... so its going back in... idk i just hate that CEL lol I drive German cars youd think id be used to it lol
