Check your CAN bus wiring for chafing with air suspension

I was looking under the right rear corner of my truck to check out the air suspension compressor. And I saw some wiring (I think it was CAN bus cable) rubbing against a metal edge of the body panel.
I stuck some clear tubing over it until I get the right material to fix it right.

UPDATE 2/10/2014- I took another look, and this is a rubber hose, and a CAN bus cable that is related to the air suspension. It is some kind of sensor that is located up behind the taillight housing. The cable can still chaff, but it is only on trucks with air suspension.

Looks like this could happen on a lot of truck the way the clip is positioned.
This is NOT related to the taillight connections. I have a 2014 Laramie. You should check yours. See the two photos.
