Those MIGHT fit. You'd have to look at the mounting holes etc on the doors and compare them. Not only that but there might be splicing involved to get the powered bits working.

I have the tow mirrors on mine. Only complaint is the blind spot mirrors arent too helpfull unless the mirrors are in the upright position which I fear looks goofy unless you are actually towing something.
