New here, and purchased the truck back in June. Recently started hearing a high pitched chirping/squeak noise when hitting any type of bump. I’ve seen the thread about lightly hitting break and I’ve tried it but it doesn’t stop it. I can not pinpoint the location either. I know it’s a slim description but just wondering if anyone can give me a point in the right direction

Can you help to give a general location of the squeak? Even front or rear narrows it down by 50%...

A little bit of work - but I’d lubricate all the body weatherstrips with silicone dielectric grease. Lubricate all the door hinges, latches, tailgate latches, hood latch, under hood weatherstrips, etc. Don’t forget the glovebox latches, console lid latch, etc.

Check for any objects in the door panel storage areas that may cause a squeak. Ensure your jack is secured tightly. Even check the tightness of the spare tire and wheel mounting.

Check the exterior plastic cowl piece to ensure the plastic fasteners are secure (and the base of the windshield).

You may have a defective sway bar mounting bushing(s) or sway bar end links (which are notorious for clunking and squeaking). Spray silicone lubricant will temporarily eliminate squeaks in these areas, but will quickly wash out in the rain.

Squeaks can be hard to track down - but if you do all of the work suggested, you may find it and/or eliminate squeaks for the future.

Mine has a squeak in the right front upper strut mount. I finally found it after 3 years of looking. it has a 6" lift. i don't think the dealership installed the strut spacer right.

Check your emergency brake cables by the drivers side rear tire. Mine had a squeak were the cables went through the hanger. You should be able to push down on the rear bumper to duplicate the squeak if that is it.

This. Pretty common. Also seen quite a few front shock shafts rubbing on the upper mount.
