Clicking sound behind dash

Hey! Already having an issue with my 18 lol.

really annoying clicking sound combing from the lower dash seems to be under steering wheels closer to drivers door side. Seems to do it at any speed. Bumpy road or not. Air on or off. Doors locked unlocked. Ect ect.
Any ideas? Driving me nuts. Started out of no where.

sounds like an electrical switch going on and off but it is totally sporadic.

Check the hvac ducking under the steering.
That plastic duck clips on console side.

Mine was loose.
This fixed my rattling issue.

Took the dash apart. Not coming from there. It’s coming from under the seat!

there are a lot of sensors and wires in this seat compared to my other PW.

When I press down on the portion of the seat where the back of your thighs rest there is a clicking from Under the seat. Can’t tell exactly where it’s coming from though

Look for the automatic seat position sensor under the seat. The cartridge attached to it is probably empty and just clicking. It should be checked monthly.

Lol I can’t change my name! It was an under seat issue for sure. It has since gone away after I put my hand under the seat and fingered every wire and sensor down there
