Its the track bar on the frame side. Mine makes the same noise. Working with Thuren now to figure it out.

Is it backlash in the driveshaft, the spline coming out of the transfer case may need to lubed, I don't think from the factory they are lubed, I know if I give mine the throttle and back it off I will get a clunk in the driveline.
That clunk I also get slowing down. I'm going to try and get that addressed next week.

Yeah I kind of figured. Does yours hit all the time or just in certain instances? Let me know what you guys decide. Mine was fine on my 18 and there's not a specific track bar for the 19 and up trucks either.

I don't daily drive mine, (W@H) so the only time it gets driven is in the desert, so yes all the time. It "fixes" itself when I take it off and reinstall for 50 ish miles but comes back. I am going to try the fix they suggested as soon as the new parts arrive. Let you know.

Sounds good to me. Why did they figure it’s hitting?

Andrew at Thuren said to take the angle grinder to the bracket and take a little material off and see if the clunk goes away. He has had this happen to a few of the newer gen trucks.

Yep, track bar is making contact with the frame side mount. Seems the track bar is too large of a diameter for this application. "Smashed" away a good 1/8 inch of the frame side bracket.
