When driving at various speeds on the highway, 55 or 65. With the accelerator basically at a manual cruise, there a clunk noise like the transmission or rear axel slipped and a clunk when it reengages. It sounds as if the engine no longer is at the same RPM for the second that it happens.
It only seems to do this while cruising in overdrive. I can floor it from starting out and it shifts through all gears no problem. Once on the highway in OD, I hear it. And it seems to do it once or twice, then I let off the acceleration and reapply and it seems good and then it’ll do it again, sometimes.

The drive shaft and bearing was just changed.

Not sure if it’s the transmission or the rear end.

I actually think the engines cutting out causing that and I have an engine flashing light on now so at least I have codes for the garage to look at tonight.
It sounds as if it’s not getting fuel
