Command start and remote unlock issues

Got an 09 ram 1500 5.7l. My command start will not work and the fobs will not unlock or lock the 4 doors. When I use the physical key to unlock door instead of the fob the factory alarm sounds till I put the fob in the ignition.
This is factory installed command start no other electronics installed. Is there something I can do to get this working or does it need to see the dealer?

So none of the buttons on your key fob are getting any response out of the truck?

Need to check the batteries as a start if that’s the case...

I did swap the batteries for fresh ones when they remotes only began to be useful from a small distance.

Probably need a new key fob, if batteries didn’t make a difference.
