Bought this 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 4x4 from a local dealer at 54500 miles. I drove the truck for about 700ish miles before bubbling sounds started coming up that was not there before when idle. Temps jump from 198/208 to 220-230 within 3 minutes if idle and bubbling starts. Now just driving and parking it'll bubble. I took it to a dodge dealership who said it was normal then took it to the dealer I bought it from they also said it was normal so I decided to do a coolant flush and used Mopars Purple OAT coolant and their coolant flush cleaner they had per trucks manual. I also burped/bled the system as well and had no issues until 200-250 miles after this coolant flush in which the sounds started again. Please see the videos below. I also took it to firestone this most recent time who did a pressure test and said everything looks good and that the Bubbling sound is normal and can be common in cars. I've driven plenty of vehicles and put on near 1k miles on this truck before this started and I've never encountered this; so I don't believe this is normal. I've topped off coolant and check everyday to see if it'll take more and it isn't. I'm lost, is this normal?

P.S. I've went through multiple forums about this issue and it seems common issues if this isn't normal are head gasket (haven't had any sweet smells, or white smoke), air in system (have burped/bled multiple times no more air comes out), bad thermostat (when turning on heat temps drop from 220-230 to 198-215), bad pressure cap (already replaced).

220-230 at idle is normal. These trucks have active grill shutters that open and close to keep coolant temps high. 200-210 is normal while driving. I believe the thermostat is 203.

As for the bubbling, I've never seen/heard that before. Definitely odd.

The one and only time I have seen bubbles in the rad was back in the mid 80's in a older Dodge Polaris and it turned out to be a head gasket was the reason, but I can say have not seen or heard of this in any of the newer Dodge/Ram engines.. Good Luck

Have the cooling system pressurized to see if it holds pressure, there's a kit you can purchase to see if there's any exhaust gasses in overflow bottle.
