Coolant top off

I have a slow coolant leak. Can't get into the dealership till Mar 4th. If I need to, would I be ok to use the Prestone 50/50 yellow mix to top off the coolant till I get it in the shop?
2017 5.7 Hemi.

Get the OEM 50/50 mix instead,you won't have any compatiablity issues that way.

where are you ? have any dealers around ? i think you can possibly get it on line like everything. anyway the part number possibly can help, see photos. more fun times and be safe.

Still got my 300 with the 5.7 Mike,I only sold the truck and 1320 Challenger
I actually like it better then both the truck or the Challengers
It's also got the fairly rare Tan interior,which i like better then the standard black interior,the Challengers / Chargers and majority of 300's get

times 2 I like that one. My 2 requirements, no di and no black leather, with bonus for white leather. I don't mind cloth either, but here in sunny cal I will own one black leather car in a lifetime and been there done that.

It's the nicest car i've ever had for making a 500 mile trip in,it doesn't beat you up,lol
I've upped the idle to 750 rpm,and raised the speed limiter,so it's good for 160 mph,it seen 166 once,but that was under ideal conditions,with a long road,lol
With 2.82 gears it'll also pull down 30+ mpg on a trip

As far as the Coolant goes ..

You can buy MOPAR Coolant in Prediluted or Concentrate

I prefer to buy Concentrate.. and mix with Distilled Water .. 50/50 mix for most places

You can buy it at the Parts Department at the Local Dodge Dealership or Online

If buying online
Double check the Part number with the dealership
there are frauds out there online

68163849AB is the OAT 50/50 mix for '13 and up. 68163848AB is the concentrated stuff.

Get a radiator pressure tester on the system to see where the leak is.

They never go back, since 2013 everything will be oat. Mind you they say dex, but that is oat and not advisable in Chrysler.

That Chart reads DEX COOL for Chryslers, 2013 & newer

I believe that chart is incorrect

2013 & newer Chryslers use OAT
ORGANIC ACID TECHNOLOGY (OAT), made by MOPAR

I tried to find who actually makes MOPAR'S OAT ??
