crackling sound coming from front passenger door speaker

my 2023 Ram 1500 bighorn has a crackling sound coming from the front passenger door speaker.
just had the truck delivered to me on Tuesday.
bought it with 75 miles and I put about 40 miles on it so just about 115 miles on the truck.
so not sure why I am hearing this noise, could the speaker be blown/damaged.
just heard it yesterday.

Could possibly be that the cone is damaged or theres a wire pinched in the door jam, but id find that unlikely with such low miles, more than likely your looking at a new speaker replacement
