Crank no start

My 2002 Ram 1500 4x4 5.9L had transmission repair done (torque converter) and when I installed the transmission. It then cranked and started then stalled. Now it only cranks but refuses to start. Any suggestions? I changed plugs, position sensor, starter, battery and distributor. Alternator is my last hope.

Fuel pump wire got nicked? Pump testing on partial key turn?
