I had a crash today. My truck is 14' ram 3500 dually. While turning in traffic, i didnt see the truck's additional metal part and hit it. Problem is i couldn't find that part from local dealers. They said they dont have it in warehouses and they can't give me any ETA or anything. What is the best way to fix this damage? Some of my friends told me to find used whole bed but i have no clue about it. I dont know if that part comes with inner wheel cover plastic part or not . Help me please how can i fix this? Thank you so much.

Start looking for “ Beds” on Craig’s list. Seriously - lots of guys buy flat beds and would love to sell their factory beds and usually can’t find anyone, some try to off load them to body shops. Off topic- The 90-98 ford Hd Beds are rare and expensive- My brother and my dad both got their trucks totaled because of the cost to replace the bed after they where damaged. My dad bought a new motorcycle and my brother bought a new flat bed.

Easiest if you find another bed, but if you're into body work you might be able to find a bed with a wrecked rear quarter you can salvage the section you need out of since most damage is front or rear typically. Usually If I can't find a body part I ask a local body shop where they're getting their panels from. They're usually helpful.

Call some places that sell flatbeds. Call around to some truck outfitting companies . If you are around an oilfield town it wont be hard to find one.
