2015 3.6 liter so far we have changed oil cooler, head on right side , and radiator engine has went through over 5 gallons of flush for 30 minutes at a time , thought problem was solved but after driving only about 3 weeks it showed up again. Where else can we look , it was a retired dodge mechanic that did the work.

Or both, I assume they knew the head was bad which would mean at some point it was engine oil, but the TMU is another culprit.

1st question would be, what kind of oil, engine or transmission?
By his first post he has the 3.6 so he'll have the 8 speed, what kind of oil though is a guess, lol.
Mike might be onto something with the TMU on the side of the transmission as they do occassionally develop an internal leak.

That to me would be the most likely suspect.
I've seen it before in one I had (71 Z28 Camaro) when the trans cooler tank in the radiator began seeping trans fluid into the engine cooling system.
It was a teeny-tiny bit seeping in, not really enough to worry about but the coolant had a nice, pinkish-look to it over time - That's how I found it in the first place.

At least there were no worries about engine cooling system corrosion from rust in that one (And the water pump was getting lubed too I guess).

So this could all be because the trans cooler is the problem, I tried to tell him that since we just drove from west Alabama to just above Macon, GA to pick up a transmission.....

Only thing I don't believe it has a pinkish look to it, looks more like oil, I was wrong he only replaced head gasket head was ok, sorry about that.

If it is transmission fluid, need to figure it out quick, you will be losing trans fluid depending on severity of leak.

If the coolant gets in with the trans fluid, that 8 speed wont be long for this world.

The OE trans fluid is green and turns dark.

Even RFE fluid can look black at 20k miles even if it looks red on the stick, but your 8 speed never looked pink as Ed showed. all v6's that year got 8 speed. Too bad you don't have a dip stick on the trans, it would be helpful to know if coolant is in there as well.

He had to do a test to determine if the head gasket was bad, that test needs to be redone ASAP. Look for exhaust gas test easiest.
