I read somewhere that the badges are put on the Rams using a jig and it is highly unlikely that they could be crooked. Does anyone know anything about this? The ones on my 2017 don't look the same, not off by much but I can see a slight difference. Thanks.

There is a template that is used to help guide the badges into the right location. There is still room for human error. I had a 2016 Challenger with a badge on one side 3/4 inch higher than the other side. It happens. I would return the truck to the dealer and demand a warranty repair.

wrong... its an air pressure fixture system. while there is room for error if the fixture slipped, the production worker didnt have it on correctly, BUT it cant be off by much because the fixture wont work if its not in the right place

I found a level spot and in the morning I am going to measure it. I don't think it's very much, just enough to set off my OCD! LOL

Sorry it took so long to post the results. So I measured both ends of the "Hemi" badge and the "Ram" badge on both sides of the truck. Measurements are from the ground to the top of the badge. Here are the results....

Driver Side

Hemi 39 1/2" both ends.
Ram 39 5/8" both ends.

Passenger Side

Hemi 39" both ends.
Ram 39 1'8" front end. 39 1/4" back end.

So maybe it's the 1/2" difference between the two sides that makes it look crooked, I know it's not a big deal, just one of those weird things I notice. When the truck is setting level, the badges to me are either looking tilted up or down, not level.

them looking tilted up or down could also be due to the factory rake (just assuming you have stock suspension)

Take it off and reposition it your self. I see no need to take it to the dealer for such a small problem. It’s not hard to remove and replace it.

There could also be a slight variation in the concrete that you were parked on too

Yes, another possibility. I took the measurements on a concrete floor but when I was getting back in the truck the concrete didn't look to smooth.
