Custom front bumper

So I'm a metal fabricator to access to all kinds of cool stuff, also do design work on the computer. I decided to make a front bumper for my Ram. Just wanted to get some thoughts.....

I like it but I'm a much bigger fan of th squared off bull bars instead of a prerunner bar. Especially on that design since you don't have a drastically sloped approach. I'd go with something similar to the ici or Westin hdx. Also don't forget some sort of access for your winch's clutch hande.

I think I figured it out on the computer and it was around 80lbs. I made it out of 12 ga. Steel, think after this one I'm gonna make one out of aluminum. We do a lot of custom molds out of aluminum.

I like how the light is in the bull bar in that, may do something like that instead of the round

I think its a great design.... but something else to option on it if you were to sell them is for guys with fender flares having the side profile meet the flare with a smooth transition on the same plane...
